I am currently a second-year college student majoring in Business Administration. I am also a web designer, videographer, and photographer. In 2018, I designed my first ever website. And it was for my mom’s business so her client’s can book appointments online. In 2019, I helped my mom launch Jovi Lash Extensions (jovilash.com), an online store for lash artists. Since then, I slowly started getting referrals to design websites for friends and colleagues. I was mainly doing it as a side hustle, but I never thought of making it into a business until 2022.

     It was challenging in the beginning as a new web designer. I didn’t know anyone in the same industry or as tech savvy as me that would prevent me from making the countless mistakes I made. I was constantly switching softwares, wasting time and money, and making many business mistakes. But I am truly grateful for what I’ve experienced because I was able to learn from them. It took me a while to find a goal I want to achieve, and I’m excited to show everyone my journey.
