Data Storage and Security
To maintain uninterrupted access to our Web Hosting Services and ensure the continuous operation of your website, you are required to maintain an active subscription, billed either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. By accepting these Terms, you authorize Nathan Allan Co. to automatically charge the debit or credit card on file for the selected subscription plan on a recurring basis.
You are solely responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up-to-date within our billing portal. Our third-party payment processor, Stripe, or Nathan Allan Co. may notify you if your payment method is approaching expiration or requires an update.
If a payment attempt is declined, we will make multiple attempts to process the transaction. Should the issue persist, your hosting services may be suspended or terminated, which could result in your website going offline. Before taking such action, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Data Retention
To maintain fair access and platform stability for all customers, we may implement usage restrictions based on your specific utilization of our services. These may include limitations on bandwidth, storage, or server resource usage. In such cases, we will notify you of any necessary adjustments, and you will be given the opportunity to modify your usage or upgrade your plan accordingly.
Client Rights
Client-Initiated Termination
You may cancel your Web Hosting Services with Nathan Allan Co. at any time and for any reason by submitting a cancellation request through your admin account dashboard. Once your termination request is processed, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be incurred. Please note that all fees previously paid are non-refundable.
Nathan Allan Co. Initiated Termination
Nathan Allan Co. reserves the right to terminate your hosting services and any related offerings at any time, with or without cause, by providing reasonable notice. Immediate termination may occur, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:
- You have violated these Terms of Service
- You have breached applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
- Your use of the services poses a risk to the security or performance of our platform
We will make a good-faith effort to inform you of any violations or pending termination where possible.
Effects of Termination
Upon termination—whether initiated by you or Nathan Allan Co.—your access to our web hosting, admin panel, and associated infrastructure will be permanently discontinued. All data stored on our servers, including website content, configurations, and backups, may be deleted without further notice.
Nathan Allan Co. shall not be held liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from the discontinuation of services.
