Cancelling your website is a big deal. Please review all the details below before requesting to cancel your website. REQUESTS WILL TAKE UP TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS. Please make sure you request to cancel your website at least 2 days before your next renewal date to avoid your next renewal charge.

Automatic renewal will be turned OFF.
What Will Be Deleted:

Web Design Content
All web design content will be deleted at the end of your subscription. Software and web designs are copyrighted or licensed by Nathan Allan Co.
Admin Login
Your admin login will also be deleted at the end of your subscription, which means you will lose access to edit your website indefinitely.
Saved for a Limited Time
Although your website and its content will be deleted at the end of your subscription, they will be saved as a backup for UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS. If you decide to change your mind after your website is deleted, you have 14 business days to contact Nathan Allan Co. to request to make your website live again. There will be an extra fee to restore your website. After 14 business days, your website will be permanently deleted.
What You Have/Own:
My Domain

You own your domain name, which means you can point your domain name elsewhere after canceling.
Graphics
Your images, logos, icons, graphics, videos, etc. are owned by you. Some graphics used in your website are licensed by Nathan Allan Co. You can request below if you want your graphics sent to you in a Google Drive folder.
